I’m always up for connecting with innovative people with an abundance mindset.

I’m the Founder and CEO at Homebase.ai an automated building management platform for multi-family. I’m also the host of The Future of Living Podcast.

I’ve been an entrepreneur and investor in technology my whole life and I speak nationally on the Internet of Things (IoT), smart city and smart building as a subject matter expert. I’m now starting to invest in and learn multi-family real estate and build my family office.

Blake Miller is an entrepreneur and currently the Founder of Homebase.ai a resident experience and connected building solution. Blake is also the host of The Future of Living Podcast.
Prior to Homebase Blake was a Partner at Think Big, a startup incubator in Kansas City, MO. At Think Big, Blake led the incubator program investing in and advising early stage startups.
In 2012, Blake led the Kansas City Smart City Initiative, a public private partnership led by Cisco, deploying smart city technologies in Downtown Kansas City, MO, creating one of the worlds largest smart cities and winning a 2017 Edison Award for innovation.
Blake has been recognized as the Tech Connector of the Year by the KC Tech Council, Next Gen Leader by the Kansas City Business Journal, top 20 in their 20’s by Ingram Magazine, and a top young entrepreneur to watch by under30ceo.

Blake is an official member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and Business Journal Leadership Trust, speaks nationally on Smart Cities, Smart Buildings and the Internet of Things.

In addition to his work at Homebase, Blake serves as a board member, advisor and mentor to several startups. Blake enjoys living a healthy active lifestyle, getting civically involved and competing on the KCBS competitive BBQ circuit with his team the Social Smokers.
